Dr. Yaskolka-Meir is a clinical dietitian and a post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Epidemiology, the Program in Genetic Epidemiology and Statistical Genetics, Harvard T.H Chan School of Public Health, USA. Current research focuses on analyzing data collected from longitudinal and clinical trials on the search for predictors for obesity and other cardiometabolic-related outcomes using DNA-methylation and other omics. Additional research interests are nutritional therapy, liver steatosis and fatty liver, cardiometabolic risk, and the epigenetics patterns (DNA methylation, mRNA expression, microRNAs) of obesity and adiposity.
