On behalf of the Sabah AlAhmad Cardiac Center (SACC) Kuwait, the International Atherosclerosis Society (IAS), the Arab Society for Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes (ASPED), and the Oman Lipids and Atherosclerosis Society (OSLA), we are delighted to welcome you to the video presentation recorded during the 1st Kuwait Familial Hypercholesterolemia Symposium, the 4th IAS Severe FH Master Class, and the Joint IAS/ASPED Pediatric FH Satellite.
This three-day symposium is an opportunity to learn about exciting developments and updated diagnostic guidelines in the field of hypercholesterolemia presented by world-renowned medical experts in the field. In particular, the meeting will discuss how to recognize, diagnose, and treat severe familial hypercholesterolemia patients based on current guidelines. The severe FH program was recorded February 19-20, 2021, and the Joint IAS/ASPED Pediatric FH Satellite was recorded on February 26, 2021.
